What you'll do

• Work onsite full-time at assigned job sites for each project
• live where work is located and relocate as projects change
• participate in field operations while overseeing safety practices
• conduct orientations, toolbox talks, job-specific safety training, and power equipment training for new employees
• coach employees on safe practices and hazard recognition
• maintain JSAs and JHAs
• conduct daily safety audits
• inspect tools and equipment
• submit daily inspection and safety documentation
• communicate hazards and corrective actions
• assist with incident investigations and follow-up.
