What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end prior authorisation workflows for medical and clinical services
- review documentation against InterQual, MCG, or payer criteria
- evaluate AI-generated recommendations and clinical justification drafts
- coordinate with clinical staff, physicians, and payers
- track authorisation status, denials, and appeals
- annotate AI outputs and provide structured feedback for training datasets.
