Compensation is $121,000–$247,000 per year. The HBM SoC RTL Design Engineer is an onsite role based in Folsom, CA. This role contributes to the design, development, and integration of next-generation HBM SoC logic die. The engineer will translate architectural specifications into high-quality RTL implementations and integrate AI-driven tools into the design methodology.

What you'll do

• Design and implement RTL for SoC-level blocks and subsystems.
• Integrate internal and third-party IP.
• Collaborate with SoC architects to translate specifications into RTL.
• Participate in SoC-level integration activities including clocking and power intent.
• Assist with pre-silicon validation and post-silicon bring-up.
