What you'll do

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
• perform basic setup, changeovers, and adjustments as needed
• monitor equipment and report issues
• conduct visual and dimensional inspections
• maintain a clean and organized work area
• support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment
• obtain forklift certification and operate a forklift for assigned functions.
