The Athletic & Activity Bus Driver role is onsite in Colbert, WA, with compensation of $18–$21 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. The driver supports Northwest Christian Schools’ transportation for school, athletic, and other school-related activities. The role exists to transport students, teachers, and coaches reliably while protecting passenger safety and following traffic laws, school-bus safety requirements, assigned routes, and district policies. It also supports orderly trips through vehicle inspections, student oversight, and accurate reporting.

What you'll do

• Transport students, teachers, and coaches to school, athletic, and special events
• ensure passenger safety during boarding, transit, and exiting
• follow traffic laws, safety regulations, assigned routes, and designated stops
• perform daily pre-trip inspections
• maintain student order
• report incidents and accidents
• clean and maintain the bus
• notify authorities of vehicle issues or schedule problems
• follow evacuation procedures
• complete required forms and reports.

Why this role
