What you'll do

• Negotiate, draft, and review customer Master Service Agreements
• maintain corporate contract templates
• review and negotiate vendor agreements
• manage ad hoc legal projects and customer contract disputes
• advise on employee legal matters
• manage external law firms
• collaborate on corporate policies and workplace documentation
• ensure policies are current and compliant.
