Special Events Team Member

The Special Events Team Member role is onsite in Chicago, IL, at the Archer location and at off-premises events. Pay is $20 per hour. This is a part-time seasonal position with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Home Run Inn’s Special Events team brings its Chicago tavern-style pizza experience to festivals, food trucks, private parties, and community celebrations. The team member serves guests, prepares and portions food, operates registers, and helps set up and break down event spaces. The role contributes to smooth event operations and represents the Home Run Inn brand while maintaining food quality, sanitation, and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Provide welcoming guest service, take orders, operate the register, and answer guest questions
• prepare and portion food according to company standards
• maintain food quality, presentation, stock, and food safety
• set up event spaces, food stations, equipment, and supplies
• support catering, food truck, festival, and private events
• break down and clean event spaces and equipment
• follow workplace health and safety requirements.
