Certified Medication Technician, PM Part-Time

What you'll do

• Prepare, administer, and document medications according to community policies, physician orders, and state regulations
• maintain Medication Assistance Records
• verify and update physician orders as needed
• order, receive, and securely store medications
• assist residents with activities of daily living
• record vital signs and report health changes
• provide first aid and wound care when necessary
• coordinate care with outside healthcare professionals as directed.
