What you'll do

• Assist overnight guests with check-ins, check-outs, and requests
• complete nightly audits and balance hotel transactions
• review charges, payments, and reports and resolve discrepancies
• prepare operational and financial reports
• monitor the property and communicate guest, operational, or safety concerns
• prepare the front desk for the next day's team
• maintain an organized front desk.
