What you'll do

• Coach staff in customer service
• produce high-quality food
• handle cash
• follow training and operating procedures
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• become certified in all four restaurant positions
• serve as key holder
• open or close the store
• lead a crew of two to five people
• prepare bread and other food
• slice ingredients
• and communicate issues to management.
