What you'll do

• Administer first aid to zoo guests and employees within the scope of practice and facility protocols
• assess emergency and non-emergency situations
• work with local emergency service providers
• complete incident and medical reports and follow-up
• help locate lost children, provide park information, and perform other public safety and customer service duties.
