The Home Infusion Registered Nurse role is based in Beaumont, TX, with local travel to patients’ homes throughout the service area. Compensation is $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience and assignment. The role provides skilled home infusion therapy under physician orders, pharmacy protocols, and agency policies. The nurse delivers prescribed infusion treatments and monitors patients before, during, and after care. Patient education, communication with the clinical team, and accurate documentation support safe treatment and continuity of care in patients’ homes.

What you'll do

• Provide home infusion therapy, including IV medications, biologics, IVIG, antibiotics, hydration, and other prescribed therapies
• assess patients before, during, and after infusions
• initiate peripheral IV access and care for PICC lines, ports, and other vascular access devices within scope and competency
• monitor for adverse reactions and respond appropriately
• verify medication and treatment orders
• educate patients and caregivers
• communicate changes in condition to the pharmacy, physician, case manager, and clinical team
• complete electronic clinical documentation
• follow infection-control and medication-safety standards
• track supplies and report concerns
• travel throughout the Beaumont service area for scheduled visits.
