What you'll do

• Supervise residents and daily house activities
• explain house rules and redirect residents as needed
• distribute supplies
• provide goal planning when assigned and informal counseling
• accompany or advocate for residents at appointments and outings
• support independent-living activities and housing searches
• conduct hourly site rounds and room checks
• maintain logs and admission records
• monitor visitors and shelter rules
• assist with meal planning and preparation, unit upkeep, and linen care
• attend required training, meetings, and supervision.
