What you'll do

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and glassware
• maintain an organized dish area
• operate dish machines safely and report issues
• restock clean items for front- and back-of-house teams
• assist with kitchen organization
• remove trash and break down boxes
• follow sanitation and food-safety standards
• complete assigned opening or closing cleaning duties.
