What you'll do

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy
• develop person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
• conduct mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
• educate patients on diagnoses and symptom management
• deliver process, psychoeducational, and skills groups
• collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists
• participate in treatment meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
• provide case management and crisis support through a shared on-call rotation
• complete clinical documentation.
