The cook prepares, produces, and presents menu items while maintaining food safety, quality, and sanitation standards. The role supports reliable restaurant service by following recipes and special requests, tracking station quantities, and communicating delays or issues to the team.

What you'll do

• Prepare menu items according to prescribed recipes and special requests
• follow portioning controls and par levels
• maintain food safety, quality, and sanitation standards
• communicate food delays or issues to the coordinator
• monitor menu item counts and notify management and service staff when quantities fall below minimums
• account for items leaving the station
• follow allergy procedures and special orders or restrictions
• use kitchen tools and equipment safely.
