Data Integrity Analyst I — Affordable Housing Compliance

The Data Integrity Analyst I role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL. Compensation is not specified. The analyst reports to the Operations Compliance Manager and supports affordable-housing management and HUD compliance systems. The role exists to maintain reliable housing-program data and reporting across Yardi and HUD systems. By identifying discrepancies, coordinating corrections, and producing compliance and operational reports, the analyst supports accurate program oversight and management decisions.

What you'll do

• Support daily use, administration, and maintenance of Yardi and related housing-management systems. Monitor data for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and compliance
• run reports to identify discrepancies and missing information. Validate and reconcile Yardi records with HUD systems including PIC, EIV, SEMAP, and VMS
• research errors and coordinate corrective actions. Prepare required PIC and monthly EIV reports, support affordable-housing program reporting, and analyze data trends and compliance risks. Assist with system access, user support and training, data-quality reviews, audits, and process improvements.
