The position supports Resource Center’s Community Wellness model and reports to the Director of Mental Healthcare. The specialist builds community partnerships and coordinates accessible wellness programming that connects social engagement with mental health support for LGBTQ+ communities and other populations served across North Texas.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with community partners, ambassadors, and external organizations
• develop and coordinate prevention, psychoeducation, and social engagement programming
• collaborate with mental healthcare staff on trauma-informed, culturally competent, and Social-Emotional Learning-aligned approaches
• coordinate scheduling, registration, participant support, staffing, and program logistics
• develop referral pathways with partners.
