What you'll do

• Manage hospitality development projects through opening
• coordinate site selection, due diligence, feasibility, approvals, schedules, budgets, and risk plans
• lead architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
• review design documents
• monitor construction
• manage change orders, contracts, vendors, invoices, and project reporting
• oversee compliance, inspections, documentation, and closeout.
