What you'll do

• Support lead teachers with daily lesson plans and classroom instruction
• provide one-on-one and small-group student assistance
• help maintain a safe, organized, positive classroom
• monitor and document student progress and behavior
• prepare instructional materials and activities
• communicate with teachers, staff, and parents
• supervise students during transitions, lunch, recess, and other non-instructional periods.

Why this role
