Member Billing Specialist

What you'll do

• Maintain membership accounts, statuses, and balances
• identify inconsistencies and research discrepancies
• respond to member billing inquiries and process payments
• contact members to support retention
• process daily receipts and prepare accounting entries
• prepare daily and weekly deposits
• maintain working knowledge of AHN programs, RingCentral, Salesforce, and accounting software
• support accounting staff and office organization
• comply with HIPAA and privacy policies.
