What you'll do

• Prepare quantity takeoffs and estimate inputs for labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, travel, logistics, and indirect costs
• document estimate assumptions and bid risks
• conduct constructability reviews
• participate in pre-bid meetings, site walks, technical reviews, and gate reviews
• support change-order pricing and cost checks
• maintain organized, audit-ready estimate files and report estimate status.
