The Delivery Driver Associate role is onsite in Hampton, VA, with starting pay of $22 per hour and overtime available at $33 per hour. A1 Shipping LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner delivering packages in the community. The schedule is approximately four days per week, 8–10 hours per day, around 10:40 a.m.–8 p.m., including one weekend day per workweek. The driver loads a delivery van and safely delivers packages on time, following road-safety standards and using an electronic device for GPS and daily records. The role combines independent route work with customer service and physical activity in varied weather conditions.
