Maintenance Worker

What you'll do

• Install, maintain, replace, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures
• operate and maintain heating and hot-water equipment
• perform carpentry, minor electrical, grounds, masonry, and renovation work
• move furniture and supplies
• maintain agency vehicles
• complete work orders, checklists, and documentation.
