What you'll do

• Prepare and process weekly field commission payroll
• review and maintain timekeeping and attendance records
• investigate payroll discrepancies
• maintain pay, vacation, commission, bonus, and deduction data
• process employee status changes
• maintain payroll system configurations and tax filings
• conduct audits
• train managers on time punches
• respond to employee payroll questions
• maintain confidential records
• prepare management reports
• support HR benefits administration and compliance.

Why this role

English and Spanish fluency, a high school diploma or equivalent, one to two years of payroll, finance, or accounting experience, and a valid driver’s license are required. Associate degree and experience with ADP, Dayforce, UKG, or similar systems are preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
