Food Unit Lead

The Food Unit Lead position is onsite in Renton, WA, with a Monday–Friday schedule and hours that may vary. Compensation is $27.00–$29.00 per hour. The role supports Eurest’s foodservice operations at the Alaska Training Center.

What you'll do

• Coordinate food-service employees
• oversee and participate in food and beverage preparation and service
• help plan menus
• supervise timely meal service
• respond to customer complaints
• train employees and assign work
• prepare schedules and reports
• handle cash according to procedures
• order food and supplies
• direct sanitation and safety practices
• maintain cleaning schedules
• and help select, orient, and train employees.
