The Robot Operator, 1st Shift role is onsite in Clinton, IA. Compensation is $19.91 per hour. The operator sets up and tends robotic and other equipment used to weld, solder, braze, or heat-treat metal products. The role supports production by meeting quality and rate standards, performing documented checks, troubleshooting equipment and tooling, and following safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Operate and set up robotic and other production equipment
• work safely and produce parts to quality and rate standards
• learn to operate specified machines, gauges, and controls
• troubleshoot machines and tooling
• identify unsatisfactory tooling and components
• perform lockout/tagout
• complete and document quality checks
• report mechanical or material issues
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• perform other assigned work when the machine is not running.
