Sales Manager

The Sales Manager role is onsite at the company’s headquarters in Schiller Park, IL. Compensation is $30–$40 per hour. It combines customer education, quoting, order administration, and marketing support, with occasional out-of-state trade-show work.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• explain how tools can produce customers’ required parts
• prepare quotes for standard and custom-built tools
• enter orders, prepare shipping documents, and invoice completed orders
• process credit cards and maintain spreadsheets and reports
• provide customer service and troubleshoot tool problems
• maintain the website and marketing programs
• set up and work at one or two trade shows per year, typically out of state for five to six days.
