What you'll do

• Design and develop connector and cable assembly products
• create SolidWorks 3D models, drawings, and design documentation
• lead and participate in design reviews
• collaborate with manufacturing and process engineering on production transition
• perform GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis
• conduct design risk assessments including FMEA
• optimize designs for manufacturability, performance, reliability, and cost
• support customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• maintain engineering documentation
• mentor junior engineers.
