The Clinical Technician (TMS) works onsite in Laguna Hills, California. Compensation is $24–$25 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. The role supports Salma Health’s brain health care through advanced diagnostics, evidence-based treatments, and research. The technician primarily delivers conventional and SAINT Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation treatments, while supporting patient preparation, monitoring, documentation, scheduling, and follow-up coordination. The role also assists with Esketamine treatments, EEG procedures, cognitive testing, and clinical research activities as directed, helping the multidisciplinary team provide safe, coordinated care.

What you'll do

• Administer conventional and SAINT TMS protocols
• monitor and document patient responses in the EHR
• prepare treatment rooms and equipment
• greet patients and manage scheduling, check-ins, and follow-up coordination
• assist with Esketamine setup, observation, documentation, and recovery monitoring
• collaborate with clinical and research teams
• participate in data collection as directed.
