Investment Consultant – Fund Sponsor Consulting Group

Job overview

The Investment Consultant role is hybrid, with a minimum of three office days per week when not traveling for client meetings. The position may be based in Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Portland, OR; San Francisco, CA; or Summit, NJ. Compensation is $100,000–$150,000 per year. The consultant joins Callan’s Investment Consulting Group. The consultant advises institutional asset owners, manages client relationships, conducts investment research, and supports strategic investment projects and new business development. The work helps clients make investment decisions through asset allocation, implementation advice, manager research, and performance monitoring.

What you'll do

• Work with consulting teams on client relationships and work plans
• contribute to asset allocation, manager selection, monitoring, and client education
• collaborate on asset/liability and asset/spending studies
• review portfolio performance and lead investment manager searches
• respond to client requests and present research
• contribute to educational materials, research, proposals, and new client development.
