Mobile Residential Counselor — Supportive Housing

The Mobile Residential Counselor is an onsite role in Dorchester, MA, paying $22.41–$24.76 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 10:45 PM and 7:15 AM. The role also helps address building issues and keeps required resources and records organized.

What you'll do

• Provide an awake overnight presence and conduct building rounds
• assist tenants and perform wellness checks
• uphold tenant rights and occupancy agreements
• respond to crises and emergency requests at other locations
• note or address housekeeping and maintenance issues
• organize and maintain required resources and tools
• attend occasional daytime trainings, court proceedings, meetings, and other obligations.
