What you'll do

• Provide strategic leadership and daily oversight of clinical teams and interdisciplinary group processes
• ensure compliance with CMS, CDPH, Joint Commission requirements when applicable, and hospice Conditions of Participation
• oversee care for an average daily census of 100 or more
• lead interdisciplinary meetings, audits, quality initiatives, and performance improvement
• maintain visit frequencies, care plans, documentation standards, and regulatory timelines
• partner with executive leadership on operations and staffing
• recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff
• serve as a clinical liaison
• and participate in on-call coverage and escalated care situations as needed.
