What you'll do

• Own hospital launches from contract signature through stabilized production billing as the account point of contact
• build hospital launch playbooks, customer workflows, rule configuration, and automation
• translate customer complexity into implementation plans
• coordinate with implementation, product, and payer enrollment teams
• own accounts after go-live and drive stable collections
• establish service-level agreements and handoff processes
• help define Launch and Account Management functions as the team grows.
