What you'll do

• Recruit for professional, office, engineering, administrative, craft, and shop-floor positions
• review applications and conduct phone screens
• coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
• complete background checks and pre-employment steps
• prepare offers and support Paylocity onboarding
• maintain recruiting records and trackers
• source candidates and monitor recruiting metrics
• follow hiring, confidentiality, equal opportunity, and recordkeeping procedures.
