The Registered Nurse (RN), Per Diem In-Home Assessment & Wound Care role is an onsite, in-home position serving Cobb County and surrounding areas, with the listing based in Marietta, GA. The role contributes to client care by communicating findings to the office and appropriate healthcare providers while completing assignments independently and within required timeframes.

What you'll do

• Conduct in-home client assessments
• evaluate care needs and overall condition
• complete clinical assessments and documentation
• perform wound assessments and wound care when applicable
• monitor wounds for infection, drainage, skin changes, and healing
• communicate findings with the office and appropriate healthcare providers
• maintain confidentiality and professional, compassionate interactions
• complete assignments and documentation within required timeframes.
