Customer Service and Billing Representative

What you'll do

• Assist walk-in customers and respond to e-commerce and distributor inquiries by phone and email
• explain product specifications, availability, and lead times
• process returns, credits, and exchanges
• enter orders in Odoo and QuickBooks
• track inventory using batch numbers
• coordinate with manufacturing on order status and production schedules
• prepare picking slips and packing lists
• invoice customers
• review aging reports
• send payment reminders
• investigate and resolve billing disputes and short payments.
