What you'll do

• Control service workflow and document job status
• process orders in business systems
• contact customers with estimates and obtain purchase order numbers
• communicate repair and calibration status and completion dates
• answer billing, delivery, and shipping questions
• relay general technical information
• generate purchase orders for parts and services
• maintain department files and records
• coordinate driver pickup and delivery schedules
• support calibration lab software processing and shipping and receiving as needed.
