What you'll do

• Support store management in achieving sales targets and business growth
• provide customer service and build customer connections
• meet sales goals and maintain zone coverage
• develop product expertise
• complete daily restocking and maintain merchandising standards
• support front- and back-of-house work, shipping and receiving, opening and closing, and customization as business requires
• assume Store Manager responsibilities during the manager’s absence
• coordinate with the Store Manager and partners on shipments and business opportunities
• execute product flow, markdowns, transitions, and refills
• perform opening and closing duties.
