The Gym Manager — The Front SLC role is onsite in Salt Lake City, UT, with pay of $65,000–$75,000 per year. This is a full-time salaried position that includes nights and weekends and reports to the General Manager. The role leads operations and member experience at The Front SLC, part of a climbing community with roots in Utah dating to the 1980s. The manager leads assistant managers and shift leads while balancing floor leadership with planning, people management, and operations. The role supports safe, consistent gym operations, develops the team, and turns company goals into service and facility improvements that strengthen member experience.

What you'll do

• Lead by example in service and culture
• run front desk operations across service, sales, and cleanliness
• support staffing, hiring, onboarding, training, and development
• address member feedback and resolve concerns
• align service and sales with company goals
• identify and implement operational and facility improvements
• plan events, promotions, and operational changes
• champion a business area such as events, retail, café, amenities, programs, risk management, or facilities
• and partner with Facilities and Risk Management on maintenance and safety.
