Building Maintenance Specialist – Skilled Nursing

The Building Maintenance Specialist – Skilled Nursing role is onsite in East Greenwich, RI, with a full-time day schedule of 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. and one week per month in an on-call rotation. Starting pay is $25 per hour. The role supports Saint Elizabeth Home and its skilled nursing community. The specialist maintains the facility and its building systems so the care environment remains functional and safe. Routine repairs and seasonal grounds work help support residents, staff, and daily operations.

What you'll do

• Perform routine facility maintenance, interior touch-ups, painting, and daily work orders
• complete minor electrical work, light carpentry, and minor plumbing
• maintain HVAC equipment
• perform seasonal grounds maintenance including shoveling and sanding.

Why this role
