What you'll do

• Transport non-emergency medical passengers to and from appointments, facilities, and care centers
• assist with boarding, deboarding, and securing wheelchairs or mobility devices
• maintain trip logs, mileage records, and passenger documentation
• perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• follow scheduled routes while adapting to changes
• communicate with dispatchers, passengers, and healthcare facility staff
• follow traffic laws, HIPAA guidelines, and company safety protocols.
