The attorney will advise clients on complex commercial real estate financing transactions, including debt, equity, loan originations, and restructurings. The role contributes to sophisticated deal teams representing institutional lenders, investors, sponsors, and borrowers.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on commercial real estate debt financing
• structure and negotiate mortgage and mezzanine financings
• work on preferred equity and structured real estate transactions
• assist with permanent, bridge, and construction loan originations
• handle participations, syndicated loans, co-lender arrangements, intercreditor agreements, loan sales, workouts, and restructurings.
