What you'll do

• Support attorneys on commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing
• prepare, review, and organize transactional documents
• assist with purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and closing binders
• coordinate due diligence, title, survey, and closing documentation
• manage timelines and communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties
• maintain case files and transaction records
• assist with entity formation and organizational documents as needed.
