What you'll do

• Lead warehouse operations across multiple shifts, including staffing, scheduling, work assignments, training, coaching, performance reviews, and employee engagement
• oversee inventory activities, cycle counts, accuracy, productivity, and damage prevention
• provide inventory data for receipts, shipments, and in-transit product
• lead year-end physical counts and provide reconciled reports to Accounting
• ensure food safety, quality, sanitation, and SQF requirements
• maintain safety training and forklift certification program
• audit and approve weekly payroll
• monitor productivity and performance measures.
