What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and manage regional General Managers
• monitor studio performance across revenue, membership, retention, staffing, scheduling, payroll, and member experience
• improve operating policies and standards
• track KPIs and address performance risks
• handle significant escalated operational or client issues
• coach sales and retention practices
• review P&L indicators
• support new studio openings and presales.
