Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is based primarily onsite at Cortica’s Westlake Village clinic, with approximately half the caseload in clinic and half in homes or via telehealth in surrounding communities. The schedule is primarily daytime, with one to two evenings per week extending to 6:30–7 p.m.; other days typically end around 5 p.m. The stated base salary is $82,700–$102,100. Cortica’s team includes doctors and therapists specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders. The BCBA provides individualized, assent-based behavioral services as part of a collaborative, whole-child care model. The role works with clinical supervisors and transdisciplinary partners to support client outcomes, manage an individualized caseload, and coordinate care across clinic, home, and telehealth settings.

What you'll do
