What you'll do

• Operate, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot secure and unsecure VTC systems, Microsoft Teams endpoints, multimedia suites, and large-display systems
• support Windows workstations
• coordinate reservations and pre-conference checks
• advise customers on capabilities and setup
• provide onsite event support and user training
• recommend procedural improvements and coordinate escalations with IT support.
