What you'll do

• Check guests in and out

• complete nightly audit procedures and financial reconciliations
• balance revenue, cash, and credit-card transactions
• generate daily management reports
• serve as Manager on Duty during overnight shifts
• handle complaints and service recovery
• conduct security walks
• respond to alarms, emergencies, and guest disturbances
• maintain a safe and secure environment.

Why this role
