CNC Manufacturing Supervisor

Job overview

What you'll do

• Oversee daily CNC manufacturing operations for time, cost, and quality
• guide, mentor, and provide feedback to staff
• support hiring and performance reviews
• enforce safety requirements and address hazards
• maintain product conformance and standard work
• facilitate daily performance processes
• plan and control production orders
• manage stock levels and SAP workflows
• develop department metrics and KPIs
• support continuous improvement, automation, and new product development
• supervise and direct 5–10 employees.
